Only a Sunday morning WOD over the weekend and it's a favourite of mine, basically throw on a weighted back pack/vest, pick up a dumbell/kettlebell/anything heavy and start walking.

I usually walk about 1 km to a park nearby that has parrallel bars/monkey bars/boxes/all kinds of stuff and then muck around on that gear, usually still wearing the backpack or using it for presses etc.

Then you have to turn around and walk home. Up a big hill. Carrying the stuff you took there.

Good times!
